How does the delivery process work?

We deliver across the Sydney metropolitan area every Sunday and Wednesday. You will receive a SMS notification with a tracking link once your meals are out for delivery.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, you don't need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated cooler bags with ice packs that keep food at a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to be consumed within 5 days of delivery. Each container is labeled with a specific 'Use By' date for your safety.

Can I customize my meal plan?

Absolutely. You can choose from our set plans or use the 'Build Your Own' feature to select specific proteins, carbs, and vegetables that fit your dietary requirements.

Are the containers microwave-safe?

Yes, all our containers are BPA-free and 100% microwave-safe. We recommend heating for 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

What is your cutoff time for weekly orders?

To ensure we source the freshest ingredients, orders must be placed by 11:59 PM every Thursday for Sunday delivery, and by 11:59 PM Sunday for Wednesday delivery.
